DEDICATED PRIVATE-AI SYSTEMS · DESIGNED + BUILT FOR ONE PERSON — YOU
Your own private AI, built to answer only to you.
Your own model, on your own hardware, that never phones home to anyone. This call scopes one thing: the right private AI for you. That can be as small as getting the free Garnet app running on the computer you already have, or as serious as a dedicated, always-on system built around what you actually do. The engineer who architects it builds it and stands behind it. Pick a time below — booking is free and takes no card.

CostScoped on the call — no card to book
Why no set price? Because the range is real: a guided install of the free app on your own computer costs nothing, and at the other end a dedicated local-AI build can run $250,000 and up — these are designed and built like serious infrastructure, not bought off a shelf. We'd rather scope the honest answer for you on the call than pretend one number fits everyone. Booking is free, no card — you only pay if you decide to go ahead.

THE HONEST RANGE
What "built for you" can actually look like
Most AI you use today is a payphone. You walk up, you talk, and the booth keeps a copy of everything you said. A build is the opposite — it's your own phone. The model lives on hardware you own, runs whether the internet is up or not, and there is no second copy anywhere, because there is no one else on the line.
There is no single product here, so there's no single price. The call places you somewhere on a spectrum, and you decide how far along it you want to go. We'd rather you see the whole range up front.
The guided install — free app, set up for you
The Garnet app is free and runs entirely on your own computer. If you'd just like it installed and tuned so it works the way you want, that's a short, low-cost piece of work — or you can do it yourself for nothing. Most people start here, and for many people this is the whole answer.
The tuned setup — your computer, your way
A larger model, your own documents made searchable, the assistant shaped around how you actually work — still on hardware you already own. This is for people who want the free app to go further without buying anything new.
The dedicated build — your own model, your own hardware
An always-on private-AI system, sized to what you need it to do, running on hardware chosen and stood up for the job. Your model, your machine, nothing leaving the building. This is the end of the range where a serious local LLM can run $250,000 and up — built and supported like the infrastructure it is. If this is you, the call is where we scope it honestly.
You don't have to know which of these you want before the call. Figuring that out together is what the call is for. Same promise at every size: it runs on your hardware, it answers only to you, and nothing leaves the building. The price changes; the privacy doesn't.
New to all of this? Start with the plain-English private-AI primer — it explains what running an AI on your own computer means before you book a thing.
HONEST FIT
Who a dedicated build is for — and who it isn't
A dedicated build is worth scoping when private AI is load-bearing for you. It's overkill for most people, and we'd rather tell you that on the call than sell you a system you don't need.
A build tends to fit when:
The work is genuinely confidential — legal, medical, financial, research, journalism, or your own private thinking — and sending it to someone else's cloud is not acceptable.
You need the AI to keep working with the internet unplugged, on your terms, for years.
You want one accountable person who designed the system, not a support queue.
You need more model than a single laptop can run.
You probably don't need a build when the free app already covers you. Plenty of people install it, get exactly what they need, and never book a call — and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a build you don't need. If you're unsure which side of the line you're on, book anyway; the call is free and we'll say so plainly.
It depends on what you need it to do. The free app costs nothing and runs on the computer you already own. A guided install where we set it up for you is a small one-time fee. A dedicated, always-on system on its own hardware is a serious build — a capable local model can run $250,000 and up. That's why there's no single price here: we scope the right system for you on a free call.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because the honest range runs from free to six figures, and quoting one number would mislead almost everyone who reads it. One number would either scare off people who just need a guided install or oversell people who don't. We'd rather scope it with you and tell you the real figure for your situation. Booking takes no card, and you only pay if you go ahead.
Can I just use the free app instead of booking a build?
Yes — and for many people that's the right call. The free Garnet app installs itself and runs a capable private AI entirely on your own computer: offline, no account, no subscription, nothing leaves your machine. If that covers you, take it and skip the call. The consultation is for people who want it set up for them, or who need more than one personal computer can run.
Is my computer powerful enough to run a private AI?
Most reasonably modern computers run the free app well — a recent Mac with Apple Silicon, or a PC with a decent amount of memory, will do nicely. If your machine is older or you're not sure, that's exactly what the call is for. Tell us what you have and we'll say honestly what it can and can't do, with no pressure to buy.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Bring what you want it to do in plain words. The engineer handles the rest, and the call is a conversation, not a quiz.
Is this a sales call?
It's a scoping call. We'll tell you what we'd build, what it would cost, and — just as often — when you don't need us at all. We'd rather you leave with the right answer than with a contract.
What happens if you stop building these?
Your system keeps running. It lives on your hardware, with your model and your data. Nothing here phones home, and nothing here needs us to keep working. That's the whole point of owning it.
Who actually shows up to the call?
One engineer — Jakub Rezayev — who would design and build your system. Not a salesperson, not a form. You talk to the person whose name is on it.
Not ready for a build? The free app is the real product
None of this is a paywall in front of Garnet. The app is free, always will be, and runs offline on your own computer with no account and nothing leaving your machine. For most people that's the whole answer. Booking a call is for when you want it set up for you, taken further, or built into something dedicated — not for permission to use it.
If you'd rather just start, get the free app — it sets itself up, and you'll be running it on your own computer. You can always book a call later, once you know what you'd want built.
