Garnet Grid Consulting LLC ("Garnet Grid," "we," "us") is the sole owner of the Garnet family of brands and products, including Garnet Uncensored (our on-device language model and application) and Garnet Mesh (our private multi-machine AI mesh), together with all associated source code, model weights, prompts, generation workflows, interfaces, designs, layouts, text, imagery, audio, video, 3D assets, documentation, and methodology (collectively, the "Work"). The Work is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Every right not expressly granted in a signed writing is reserved.
2. Trademarks
Garnet™ and Garnet Grid™ are trademarks of Garnet Grid Consulting LLC and are the subject of United States Patent and Trademark Office applications (GARNET, Ser. No. 99714919; GARNET GRID, Ser. No. 99714851; Int'l Class 042). Garnet Uncensored™ and Garnet Mesh™ are trademarks and common-law marks of Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. The names, logos, gem mark, look-and-feel, and trade dress are ours. No one may use, register, or adopt any Garnet Grid mark — or any confusingly similar name, logo, domain, handle, or designation — for any product, service, or company, without our prior written permission. All goodwill in the marks inures solely to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC.
3. The software is proprietary and is not sold or licensed on its own
Garnet Uncensored and Garnet Mesh are delivered only as part of a commissioned Garnet build that you own and run on your own hardware. There is no free download, no subscription, and no self-serve license. Access to any evaluation material, demonstration, recording, or this website grants no license, right, title, or interest in the Work. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or course of dealing.
4. What you may not do
Without our prior express written permission, you may not, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly:
- copy, reproduce, download, store, host, mirror, or archive the Work;
- distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer or make the Work available to any third party;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Work;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source, structure, model weights, or methods of Garnet Uncensored or Garnet Mesh;
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
- use the Work — or any output, style, structure, or design derived from it — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any machine-learning model, or to build any competing or substantially similar product or service;
- scrape, data-mine, or perform automated extraction of the Work or this website; or
- clone, imitate, pass off, or misrepresent the Work or the Products as your own or as affiliated with, endorsed by, or originating from Garnet Grid.
5. No AI training on the Work
The Work — including this website's text, code, imagery, and the model and generation outputs shown in any Garnet demonstration — may not be collected, ingested, or used to train, fine-tune, distill, or evaluate any machine-learning system. This restriction is express and applies to automated agents and crawlers as well as people.
6. Website, demonstrations & generated assets
The design, code, copy, and all imagery, video, audio, and 3D assets on this website — including assets produced by Garnet's own generation tools and any recorded demonstration of Garnet Uncensored or Garnet Mesh — are part of the Work and are protected as above. A demonstration is provided so you can evaluate whether to commission a build; it is not a grant of any right to reuse it.
7. Confidentiality & trade secrets
The Work contains confidential information and trade secrets, including the Garnet system architecture, model design, and build methodology. If you receive any non-public part of the Work, you must hold it in strict confidence, use it only as expressly authorized in writing, and not disclose it to any third party.
8. Enforcement
Unauthorized use of the Work or the Products causes irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone are inadequate. Garnet Grid is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to every other remedy available at law or in equity, including recovery of damages, disgorgement of profits, statutory damages, and costs and attorneys' fees to the fullest extent permitted by law. We actively monitor for and pursue infringement, counterfeiting, and misuse of our marks and materials.
9. Reporting infringement
To request a license or permission, or to report copying, counterfeiting, or misuse of Garnet, Garnet Grid, Garnet Uncensored, or Garnet Mesh, contact legal@garnetgrid.com. We respond to valid notices, including notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
10. No warranty
This website and any pre-engagement or demonstration material are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Any warranty for a commissioned build is stated expressly in your signed proposal and statement of work, and nothing here adds to or replaces it.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This page complements our Terms and Privacy notice; where they differ on intellectual property, this page controls. Questions and permissions: legal@garnetgrid.com.
